Beesy's Beeswax Candles

Artist Statement:

Alison is a self-taught candlemaker working solely with beeswax to make aesthetically beautiful candles.

She has always been fascinated by nature and the influence of both the Galloway landscape of her childhood and the Fife countryside of her current home are obvious in her work. Her candles are dominated by tree and hill shapes and the colours she uses are very much those found in her local area.

​Alison also has a great eye for detail and handmakes all of her own giftboxes, just to add that extra finishing touch!
